Four Seasons Residences is a luxury condo development located in Georgetown between the C&O Canal and Rock Creek. The project redeveloped the obsolete West Heating Plant into a 70-unit luxury condo building. The new structure will feature the original western facade of the heating plant that was constructed in 1948. The adjacent coal yard located directly to the south of the building will become a one-acre public park with frontage on the C&O Canal. The property will consists of 70 units on 10 levels; set to open in 2026
